    AMA is the world's largest sport aviation organization, representing a membership of over 150,000 from every walk of life, income level and age group.     Craft & Hobby Association

    In early 2004, the Hobby Industry Association (HIA) and the Association of Crafts & Creative Industries (ACCI), joined together to form the Craft & Hobby Association (CHA). Together as CHA, the new Association forms a single more dynamic and powerful force to drive the craft industry into the future. CHA's vision, simply stated, is to create a vibrant industry with an exciting image, an expanding customer base and successful members. The goal is to stimulate the sales growth of the craft and hobby industry worldwide by creating consumer demand, helping members succeed and leading the industry.

    1/87 Scale Vehicle and Equipment Club

    The 1/87 VEHICLE & EQUIPMENT CLUB was established to promote the construction, use, and manufacture of prototypically accurate vehicle and equipment models in 1/87 scale. 1/87 scale is most commonly referred to as "HO" scale because this is the scale of HO gauge model trains (which are 1/87.1 scale), by far the most popular scale for railroad modeling. Our club assists in the exhibition, promotion, manufacturing, and production research of vehicles of all kinds in this scale. More information available at:

    Society of Antique Modelers

    S.A.M is the Society of Antique Modelers (the Modelers aren't really antiques, but their aircraft are). S.A.M. is a collection of people from varied backgrounds who are dedicated to preserving vintage free flight models (plans and kits published prior to December 31, 1938 ["antique"], prior to December 31, 1942 ["old timer"], and prior to December 31, 1956 ["nostalgia"]) and to fostering good natured competition among them.     Scale Ship Modelers Association - North America

    SSMA, The Scale Ship Modelers Association of North America, Inc., is a nonprofit organization founded in 1988. Our purpose is to promote the hobby of radio control and static ship modeling. We encourage all types of model boating in electric, sail, and steam power as well as the building of plastic and wooden static models. SSMA is comprised of clubs and individuals throughout North America and acts as a clearing house for information concerning the modeling industry. SSMA works with the modeling industry to address the needs of the modeling community.
